General
Orders placed by 3 PM EST Monday through Friday will generally be processed and shipped the same day with very few exceptions. Kultic.com will contact you if any problems arise with the processing of your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from UPS. You may also keep track of your order by logging into your account.
As of September 20, 2008, Kultic only ships domestically. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Because UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses we cannot accept any orders to those addresses. Please check your zip code for the availability of the service requested.
When making your purchase, please make sure to accurately enter the verified billing address on file with the credit card issuing bank. Due to the prevalence of credit card fraud on the internet, it is our company to ship all first orders to the confirmed billing address for the card used to make the purchase. Should you need us to waive this policy, additional documentation will be requested for verification purposes. This additional verification step takes extra time and will delay the shipment of your order.
